terms of service

general info

if you are ordering from me, please keep these things in mind:

i will draw: original characters, people, fanart, nsfw, blood/gore, anthro, animal
i will not draw: extreme nsfw, furry, mecha

payment

all payments will be made with $USD, sorry! no exceptions
all commissions must be paid for upfront before work will be started

refunds

please be aware there are no refunds- due to etsy's policy, i cannot offer them for digital downloads, and once the order is accepted, payment cannot be reversed

lead times

lead times to finish orders can vary, but most are finished within a 2 week timeline after payment has been received! i am usually quicker than 2 weeks but this can change depending on my backload

usage and copyright

all art is to be for personal use only, aside for the following:commercial upcharges:
if you are using my art commercially to represent you or someone else online, please notify me so i can adjust the pricing. this will add an additional 50%. this is for things like banners, stream overlays, merch, stickers, etc. this does NOT include profile picturesediting and reuse:
all finalized orders and art will not be edited, resold, drawn over or animated by anybody other than fumikiie after completion. if an edit is requested, a fee will be invoiced depending on request/work needed. DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI TRAINING OR NFTS.artist rights:
i hold rights to all work done and will potentially use the art for display or promotional purposes via social media unless specifically requested not to.crediting:
although not required, if you use my art on social media, please tag or credit me @fumikiie! it makes me smile to see people use my art around the internet (-:
