general ✧
• all commissions are digital and digital only.
• i have the right to decline commissions i do not want to do/feel i cannot do well.
• i will send wips at request.
• please do not mint my artwork as an NFT.
• please do not use my art for AI software training.payments ✧
• all commissions must be paid in full before work starts, unless otherwise agreed upon by me and the commissioner (case by case basis).revisions/changes ✧
• any mistakes that are major will be fixed at no additional charge.
• otherwise, only small adjustments will be included in price (color changes, small detail changes, etc).etas & delivery ✧
• turn around is usually estimated within 1-2 weeks from payment being received. this can vary depending on size, complexity and quantity requested.usage ✧
• all commissioned work is for personal/private use only unless otherwise agreed upon.
• i maintain all rights to my work and you agree that i may use any commissioned work for my needs (portfolios, social media posts, etc) unless otherwise discussed by both parties.
• please credit me (@fumikiie) as the artist whenever the art is used!refunds ✧
• no refunds are allowed unless i decide after payment that i am unable to complete your commission.intellectual property rights ✧
• i, the artist, retain all rights to the artwork that you commission, unless you pay for commercial usage.
